Why are we named 120 Hz?

We are healers, Tish is an Energy Therapist and Joshua is a Massage Therapist and we are into sound healing. We believe music can soothe the soul and 120 is a very powerful number in sacred geometry and healing frequecy. It can help eliminate pain, anxiety, restore dna and promote deep sleep. The name of the Wellness Center is 120 Wellness so everything we offer and do include “120.” If you want to experience true sound healing, check out our Sound Bath’s in our yoga studio (Singing Bowl Sound Meditations)

The foundation was created to pay for services for Individuals with Cancer, someone who has lost their job or is living on a fixed income who can’t afford them. To apply for a grant through the foundation to pay for the your treatments please send an email to 120wellnessfoundation@gmail.com. explaining your situation and needs.
