At 120 Wellness, we specialize in helping people overcome traumatic situations such as Divorce, loss of a loved one, loss of a job, sexual and physical abuse, addiction and more. By getting people out of a state of fight, flight, freeze and shock and releasing the emotions they are carrying, it can change the perspective of the memories therefore enabling the body to begin healing itself. Once this shift occurs, the person may experience a positive mood and outlook, more endurance and stamina, relief from pain and the ability to move forward in life manifesting their dreams and hearts desires.

During Energy Therapy at 120 Wellness you can experience a release of tension and stress through various Techniques. A detoxing foot bath can remove inflammation throughout the body helping you feel more energized and alert. The other Therapeutic Machines may reduce pain, improve focus or mental clarity by stimulating circulation to the affected area.  "Energy Therapy" can help you move forward from the past so you can create a new future filled with hope and possibility.

Natural Physical  $110 (45 minutes)

Have you had multi diagnostic tests, visited several doctors and still can't find relief or an explanation to your health concerns? 

This is your first visit to 120 Wellness and it includes an Iridology Iris Analysis, Advanced Muscle Testing for blocks, for revealing congestion, imbalances and deficiency. It reveals imbalances in the body that are preventing it from working the way it should.  This is a non-invasive health assessment of all of the body's systems, organs, glands, hormones, vertebrae, teeth, skin, nails, hair, energy field.

Advanced Muscle Testing $80 (30 minutes)

This is a follow up to your Natural Physical. Advanced Muscle Testing is to check on your progress with your dietary changes and supplementation protocol, to add or change supplements to achieve optimal health. It is suggested to return 2-4 weeks after your Natural Physical. You may also want to consider Energy Therapy to excelerate your Healing.

These custom sessions can help to eliminate congestion, toxins and trapped tension hiding deep in the tissues, tendons, ligaments and muscles that may be causing the pain and discomfort.

Shekinah Healing $110 (45 minutes) with Tish

Shekinah is a Hebrew word that means “God’s presence.” Shekinah Healing is simply a Holy Spirit lead therapy that invites the presence of God to heal your pain and past hurts so you can be free from things that have held you back. 

Are you struggling with unresolved anger or feeling overwhelmed by your daily routine or situation? Do you feel stuck and unable to move forward from the past or struggle with unsuccessfulness?

Shekinah Healing (included in Energy Therapy) and Prophetic Counseling sessions at 120 Wellness focus on balancing the spiritual so you can get rid off undesirable feelings and negative thought patterns. These sessions help you work through passed memories and unwanted spiritual influences through scripturally based techniques. You will leave your session feeling relaxed, motivated and inspired to tackle whatever has held you back from being who you want to be. 

Prophetic Counseling $80 (30 minutes)

Have a private one on one meeting with a Prophetess of God to give you divine guidance and revelation of the plans that God has for your life. In this time the Prophetess may lays hands on you, pray, speak in tongues, share a word of knowledge or vision about your past, present or future. These are all Holy Spirit lead and done in Jesus Name.

Spiritual House Clearing $250 per hour plus $1 per minute of driving time

Reiki w/Joshua $90 (45 min)

Would you like to experience prayer over your entire body? At 120 Wellness we practice Christian Reiki, this means that we are laying our hands on the entire body section by section sending in God’s love and light to release tension, pain and imbalances. Remember our practitioners are Nurses and Scientists! We have extensive knowledge of the organs, glands and body systems and get specific when we sense areas that need attention.

Bodywork with Joshua $75 (45 minutes)

This is a fully clothed session that focuses on acupoint and trigger point release and muscle manipulation to rest and realign injuries and pain. It is excellent for teen athlete and fitness fanatics. *note: youth massages must have a parent present

Reflexology w/Joshua $75 (45 min)

Experiencing a relaxing Foot rub that is both detoxifying and therapeutic as it works as a map of the internal body releasing congestion and inflammation of the organs.

Cranial Sacral Therapy w/ Joshua $75 (45 min)

This is excellent for anyone who has had a brain injury including concussion or struggles with migraines, headaches, vertigo, dizziness, brain fog or any neurological issues
