This is a faith based collaboration with a Holistic approach to encountering God. We will have educational teachings on Ancient Mysteries from a Biblical perspective. We will take deep dives talking about taboos, supernatural phenomena and nontraditional world topics in an effort to discover together the meaning the life. The service will include worship music selected to balance your Chakras with gemstones and incense to set the mood. You will be expected to research, study and participate in group discussion as we strive to learn from eachother and grow spiritually together. Breathe work & Qi Gong $20

Experience a variety of deep breathing techniques that will detoxify and energize your body followed by a guided meditation to promote relaxation, gratitude and inner guidance. Please bring a Yoga mat, Blanket and bottled water. We will transition into the Sound Bath class. People will be coming in to join us but try and stay in your mediation during the shuffle.

This is a gentle practice combining movement and deep breathing that strengthens your Chi, eliminates congestion, improves circulation, minimizes inflammation, improves flexibility and mobility while opening the meridian and chakra systems. It is safe for all ages and recommended for seniors.

We will stay at Greenbrier State Park in Western Md. in a luxurious brand new camper. 4-6 people may attend this retreat. Given the close quarters you must all know each other and be friends or family. This Camper has 3 queen beds. The expectation is 2 people to a bed. There is a full private bathroom, full kitchen, AC/Heat. It’s pretty I promise!

We will go through a series of activities that support each one of our Five Elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water including

- a Tree bonding meditation for personal healing and growth (WOOD)

- several Hikes through the woods and mountains that will include an educational “wild edibles course” (Earth)

- 2 evening drum circle and dancing around the fire (FIRE)

- personal Gemstones hand selected for you to keep and take home, includes a Gemstone course (METAL)

- Kayaking and paddle boarding in the lake with guided breathing and meditation (WATER)

Plus a visit to Shepherdstown and Harper’s Ferry for an organic lunch, dinner and shopping.

Classroom Rental

The Classroom is available for rent for classes and events. All Classes must be approved by Tish Bowen.

Note: Instructor must provide Teaching Certificate and Liability Insurance if applicable for Certification Classes.

Rental Fee: $25 per hour or $150 for a full 8 hour day
